Jaguar Models, Inc is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others. We request information from the user on our order form such as contact information and credit card number and expiration date. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customers'orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Jaguar Models, Inc takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or contact information), that information is encrypted and is protected with 128 bit encryption software from VeriSign - SSL. MINIMUM ORDERS
Minimum orders is $10.00 for the U.S., Canada, Mexico and $20.00 for any other countries.

CREDIT CARDS & MONEY ORDERS
We accept Visa and Mastercards. There is a $20.00 minimum for credit card orders. Please confirm with our order department by calling (626) 965-2292 or email sales@jaguarmodels.com on the availabity & shipping cost of your order before sending a money order or cashier check.

WIRE TRANSFER
Please contact us for routing number, account number, the address and phone number of our bank information. Please confirm with our order department by calling (626) 965-2292 or email sales@jaguarmodels.com on the availabity & shipping cost of your order before making a wire transfer.

BACK ORDERS
Out-of-stock items will be canceled. If you placed an order by check, we send you a refund check.

SHIPPING
We ship by United Parcel Services (UPS) primarily. Customers requesting UPS-Air or Priority Mail will pay the difference between services and our standard freight charges.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We can only accept PayPal/Wire Transfer for customers outside the United States. Usually, freight charge is about 30% of the order. BUT actual freight charge may be higher or lower. Additional postage fee may require to cover the actual amount on some orders.

RETURNS
Please always contact our office regarding any problems of the Shipment. Any returned merchandise must be in a good and saleable condition. It must be in its original packaging. Returned items will be credited or replaced when accompanied with a copy of the receipt and the reason for the return. Return due to our error or defective merchandise may be shipped to us at our cost. Claims for goods damaged in transit must be reported to the carrier. No returns or exchange for books or magazines.

DEFFECTIVES
We accept return of defective merchandise if it is defective when it comes out of the box. Partially built models and kits are NOT eligible for return. So, please make sure everything is in the box before you start building the model or kit.

BAD CHECKS
Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service charge.

The prices are subject to change without notice. (We try hard to stablize them though.)

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES FOR US CONTINENTAL ONLY
United States, APO, FPO:
$0.00-$20.00 will be charged $7.00 for shipping & handling.
$20.01-$50.00 will be charged $8.50 for shipping & handling.
$50.01-$100.00 will be charged $10.00 for shipping & handling.
$100.01-$150.00 will be charged $11.50 for shipping & handling.
$150.01 and up will be charged 10% of the order total for shipping & handling.
Note: Additional shipping fee may be apply on oversizepackaging

CANADA, MEXICO & OVERSEA ORDERS:
$0.00-$20.00 will be charged $12.00 for shipping & handling. (USPS - First Class Mail)
$20.01-$50.00 will be charged $20.00 for shipping & handling. (USPS - First Class Mail)
$50.01-$100.00 will be charged $30.00 for shipping & handling. (USPS - First Class Mail)
$100.01-$150.00 will be charged $40.00 for shipping & handling. (USPS - First Class Mail)
$150.01-$300.00 will be charged $50.00 for shipping & handling. (USPS - First Class Mail)
$300.01 and up will be charged 20% of the order total for shipping & handling. (USPS - First Class Mail)
Note: We are not responsible for lost or damage during shipping on all shipment ship by USPS First Class Mail. Please contact us for the other shipping opinion (USPS - Priority Mail, UPS Worldwide Saver). Additional postage fee may be apply for all international orders and oversize packaging! We will contact the buyer for additional postage fee if is not sufficient for the order.(according to the order's weight) only.
